If you want to change your career and you wish to take one of the courses we offer but don't have a placement, we can help you find one.

Why pay for your course?

With courses on loans you would eventually have to pay back the loan, because the idea of taking a course is to improve your career and earn a better wage. You will end up paying more than you have borrowed because there is an interest rate! The companies offering courses under loans offer the same courses we do, but for a bigger price. Our prices are competitive and we offer the option of instalment payment. We give you the option to set your own instalment rate and to choose the date when you pay the instalments. We also offer a 5% discount if you make a full payment.

If you want to become an apprentice to avoid paying for your course, you will probably be paid the apprentice minimum wage: £3.40 per hour ( https://www.gov.uk/apprenticeships-guide/pay-and-conditions). You can’t complete the qualification in less than 12 months as well as most of the times you have to complete your qualification within 18months and your employer will have a saying in the optional units you choose. With us, you choose the units you want to take, depending on the work you are doing and on the career path you intend to follow. You decide how much time you can invest and how soon you want to complete your qualification. With an apprenticeship, you need to take English and Maths tests which could slow down your completion time. With us, you only do the qualifications you want to take.

NCFE level 2 Diploma in Customer Service

This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and above.

This qualification’s ideal for people who have the scope to bring about permanent improvements in service delivery that benefits their organisation and its customers. Learners don’t necessarily have to be in a role where they’re directly responsible for people and will benefit those already working in, or seeking work in a customer related role.

This QCF qualification provides learners with a wide range of knowledge and skills required to work in a customer service role. It provides learners with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver customer service, understand customers and employer organisations. Optional units in this qualification cover developing customer relationships, resolving customer complaints and providing reception services.

This qualification could lead to a range of different job roles such as:

NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service

This qualification is designed to be undertaken by people working in a customer service role. You will have the scope to bring about permanent improvements in service delivery that benefit your organisation and its customers. This qualification is available for learners aged 16 and above and has no specific entry requirements, though it may be beneficial if you have undertaken a Level 2 qualification before – ideally in a customer service-related discipline.

This QCF qualification develops and accredits a wide range of knowledge and skills needed to work in a customer service role. It covers how to organise and deliver customer service, and understand customers and customer retention. Optional content for this qualification covers exceeding customer expectations, resolving customer complaints, and developing a social media strategy for customer service.

This qualification could lead to a range of different job roles such as:

  • Customer Service Team Leader

The qualification provides learners with a range of management and leadership skills, such as managing personal performance and development, contributing to meetings in a business environment, and leading and managing a team.

This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and above.

This QCF qualification provides learners with a wide range of knowledge and skills needed to work in a management or leadership role. The qualification provides learners with management and leadership skills, such as managing team performance, encouraging innovation and implementing change. 

This is a cross-sector qualification. This means that this qualification can be taken by team leaders and managers across a wide variety of areas, including NHS trusts, educational institutions, government departments, and the private sector. Level 3 learners can expect to be working as supervisors or first line managers.
